Durability and Strength
Polyester is highly resistant to abrasion, stretching, and mechanical damage, ensuring long-lasting use. It’s also wrinkle-resistant and easy to care for.

Lightweight and Quick-Drying
Polyester fabrics are lightweight and dry much faster than natural fibres, making them perfect for sports and outdoor wear. They do not absorb moisture, which speeds up the drying process.

Weather Resistance
Polyester resists moisture, UV radiation, and other weather conditions, making it ideal for outdoor use. It doesn’t fade in the sun and is less prone to mildew.

Our Polyester Fabric Offer:

• Softshell: Advanced, multi-layer fabric combining flexibility, breathability, and water resistance. Consists of an outer layer for wind and rain protection, a middle membrane for breathability and water resistance, and an inner layer for warmth. Perfect for jackets, outdoor wear, and children’s clothing.

• Waterproof Fabric: Lightweight and durable, made from 100% polyester with special impregnation to protect against moisture. Ideal for backpacks, bags, and lightweight outerwear.

• UV+ Fabric: Stretchy, quick-drying knit made of 87% polyester and 13% elastane, offering high UV protection (UPF 50+). Perfect for swimwear, sportswear, and summer clothing.

• Minimum order: 1 metre of one design

• Accepted formats: JPG, 300 DPI

• Pattern may be a repeat design or a single panel

Sublimation Printing Technology:
Our transfer printing is done using sublimation, transferring the design from paper to fabric under high temperature and pressure.
Advantages include:

• High resolution and print quality

• Durability against washing, ironing, and sunlight

• Intense, vivid colours

• Print that’s undetectable to the touch
  This technology is ideal for synthetic materials, especially polyester.

Equipment and Production Capacity:
We print using MIMAKI plotters with SENSIENT inks for high efficiency and quality. For transfer, we use MONTI ANTONIO rotary presses. Our production capacity is up to 1,000 linear metres per day, ensuring consistent, high-quality results.
