Returns and Complaints
Withdrawal from the Agreement
If you are a consumer – as a rule, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract.
You may withdraw from the contract by submitting a withdrawal statement, for example by sending an email to: reklamacje@minkyitkaninki.pl
Please return the item to us promptly at the following address:
ul. Kamienna 20, 84-239 Bolszewo, Poland,
no later than 14 days from the date on which you withdrew from the contract.

The 14-day withdrawal period begins:
-
for a sales contract involving a physical item – from the moment you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the item;
-
for digital content – from the day the contract is concluded.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal statement before the deadline expires.
We will refund your payments, including the cost of delivery (in accordance with the Terms & Conditions), promptly and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal statement.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or until you provide proof of sending it back – whichever occurs first.
Please note that the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to consumers in the case of contracts:

for non-prefabricated items made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;

for items that are liable to deteriorate or have a short shelf life;
-
for sealed items that, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once opened;
-
for sealed audio or video recordings or computer software, once unsealed after delivery;
-
for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Complaints
If the product purchased from us turns out to be defective, you have the right to file a complaint under the warranty provisions.

If you are not a consumer, our liability is limited to the value of your order and for up to one year from the date of product delivery. The following provisions apply to consumers only.
The defective item should be sent to the same address:

Due to a defect, you may request:
- replacement of the product with a defect-free one,
- defect removal,
or submit a declaration for:
- a price reduction,
- withdrawal from the contract – in the case of a significant defect.
We are liable for product defects found within two years of the delivery date.
In principle, you must report the defect within one year of noticing it. However, the complaint period cannot expire before the seller’s liability period ends.
We will review and respond to your complaint within 14 days of receiving your complaint notification.
